Ingredients
  

For the cake:

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 ½ cup Milk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 8 Tbsp. Butter Melted

For the topping:

  • 2 Sticks of butter Softened
  • 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Flour

For the frosting:

  • 4 oz. Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp. Milk

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Blend together the ingredients for the cake until smooth.
  • Spread the batter in a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Mix together the ingredients for the topping, and spoon over the cake batter in the dish.
  • Swirl the topping into the cake batter.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until cooked through.
  • Let the cake cool slightly.
  • Beat together the ingredients for the frosting, and ice the cake while still warm.
