Frosting:
3 tbsp. Milk
3 tbsp. Butter (Softened)
1 tbsp. Honey
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
Instructions:
Step 1. Grease a 9×9 baking dish well, and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Mix together the cake ingredients well in a mixing bowl, and then pour into the prepared baking dish.
