4 Large Eggs

3 1/2 cup Flour

2 tsp Baking Soda

1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Nutmeg (Ground)

1 tsp Kosher Salt

1 1/2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray two loaf pans with pam baking spray.

Step 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the pumpkin, sugar, oil, water and eggs until combined.

Step 3. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

Step 4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until combined. Mix in the chocolate chips.

Step 5. Pour the batter into the two loaf pans. Bake for 65-75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Step 6. Allow to cool completely before enjoying!
