Ingredients:

4 Flour Tortillas

⅓ cup Bacon Pieces

1 ½ cup Mexican Blend Cheese (Shredded)

1 cup Chicken (Shredded)

¼ cup Ranch Seasoning

2 tbsp. Butter

Instructions:

Step 1. Lay two tortillas on a flat surface and cover in some of the ranch dressing.

Step 2. Sprinkle the bacon pieces over the tortillas.

Step 3. Add the shredded chicken to the tortillas.

Step 4. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the tortillas.

Step 5. Spread the remaining ranch dressing on one side of the remaining two tortillas, and place them, dressing side down on top of the others.

Step 6. Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 7. Toast one of the quesadillas in the skillet evenly on both sides until browned and crispy.

Step 8. Remove the first quesadilla, add the remaining butter and cook the other quesadilla until browned and crispy.
