Ingredients:
1 lb. Beef (Ground)
2 cup Elbow Macaroni Noodles
8 oz. Sour Cream
1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Onion Powder
8 oz. Velveeta Cheese
½ cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
¼ cup Milk
8 Slices of American Cheese
1 cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Cook the noodles, and drain. Mix in the velveeta cheese until melted.
Step 3. In a skillet over medium high heat, cook the beef and onion until the onion is softened and beef is cooked through. Drain any excess grease.
Step 4. Add the soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan cheese and milk to the skillet with the meat. Stir to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5. Stir the macaroni into the meat mixture. Layer the mixture in a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 6. Spread the cheese slices on top, and sprinkle with the cracker crumbs.
Step 7. Bake in the oven to 20-25 minutes.
