8 tbsp. Butter (Melted)

1 Box Vanilla Wafers Crushed Into Crumbs

For the cupcakes:

White Cake Mix Prepared to Box Instructions

2 tsp. Vanilla

½ Banana (Mashed)

For the filling:

1 Small box instant vanilla pudding made according to the box

For the icing:

1 tsp. Vanilla

¼ cup Powdered Sugar

2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Instructions:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. In a bowl, mix together the crushed wafers and the melted butter. Place some of the mixture into the bottom of each of the muffin tin compartments lined with cupcake liners. Press down to form a crust. Bake for 6 minutes.

Step 3. In a bowl, blend together the cake mix with the other ingredients called for on the box. Add the banana and vanilla, and blend until smooth.

Step 4. Fill the sections of the cupcake liners with the batter, almost to the top of each one.

Step 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes and cool.

Step 6. Cut a small section out of the center of each cupcake, reserving a small cap of the top of the cupcake for later.

Step 7. Mix together the pudding according to the instructions on the box, and allow to set.

Step 8. Fill the center of the cupcakes with the pudding.

Step 9. Place the cap of cake on top of each cupcake.

Step 10. Mix together the frosting ingredients until fluffy, and ice each cupcake.
