Although you can always head to the local bakery or grocery store to grab a pie, there’s nothing like making your own, especially when you don’t have to do any cooking and it only takes 15 minutes to make from scratch. This pie is made using a readymade pie crust and the filling is pistachio pudding, cream cheese, marshmallows, Cool Whip and pineapple. It’s a wonderful mixture of ingredients and the resulting pie is a pretty, light green color with colorful marshmallows throughout the filling.

So, whether you’re looking for a new idea for dessert or you just can’t get enough pistachios (because let’s face it, they are delicious!) you’ll find this to be a truly winning recipe. Feel free to use different ingredients like different flavored pudding or any flavor of storebought or homemade pie crust. You can also substitute peaches for the pineapple for a brand-new take on the recipe.
