Pistachio Pie
This is a very easy recipe to make. Once you’ve combined the filling ingredients and spooned the mixture into a pie crust, everything is done except you have to resist the urge to eat any for the 2 hours it needs to chill. Don’t worry though, it’ll be so worth the wait!
- 1 readymade pie crust
- 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
- 8 ounces thawed Cool Whip
- 20 ounces canned crushed pineapple
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 cup colored mini marshmallows
Beat the cream cheese and pudding mix until fluffy.
Add the pineapple including the juice and beat some more.
Fold in the marshmallows and then the Cool Whip.
Spoon the filling into the pie crust.
Chill for 2 hours then serve.
