Pistachio Pie
This is a very easy recipe to make. Once you’ve combined the filling ingredients and spooned the mixture into a pie crust, everything is done except you have to resist the urge to eat any for the 2 hours it needs to chill. Don’t worry though, it’ll be so worth the wait!
Ingredients
- 1 readymade pie crust
- 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
- 8 ounces thawed Cool Whip
- 20 ounces canned crushed pineapple
- 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 cup colored mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese and pudding mix until fluffy.
- Add the pineapple including the juice and beat some more.
- Fold in the marshmallows and then the Cool Whip.
- Spoon the filling into the pie crust.
- Chill for 2 hours then serve.
