Pistachio Pie

This is a very easy recipe to make. Once you’ve combined the filling ingredients and spooned the mixture into a pie crust, everything is done except you have to resist the urge to eat any for the 2 hours it needs to chill. Don’t worry though, it’ll be so worth the wait!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 readymade pie crust
  • 1 small box instant pistachio pudding
  • 8 ounces thawed Cool Whip
  • 20 ounces canned crushed pineapple
  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup colored mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Beat the cream cheese and pudding mix until fluffy.
  • Add the pineapple including the juice and beat some more.
  • Fold in the marshmallows and then the Cool Whip.
  • Spoon the filling into the pie crust.
  • Chill for 2 hours then serve.
