First, preheat your oven to 350 F or 180 C degrees.
Over medium heat, cook the ground beef in a large skillet until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the taco seasoning to the meat and mix until combined.
Unroll the puff pastry and layer it in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan or casserole dish.
