1 tsp. Vanilla Extract– 0points

3 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt Plain– 7points

3 Large Eggs– 7points

3 tbsp. Sugar Substitute Of Your Choice

Instructions:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, and blend until smooth.

Step 3. Spread the mixture evenly in a well greased 9 inch spring form pan.

Step 4. Bake for 30 minutes, and then cool to room temperature.

Step 5. Chill for a minimum of four hours before serving.
