1 lb Chicken Breast (Ground)

2 cup Cabbage (Shredded)

1 Purple Onion (Finely Chopped)

1 tbsp Garlic (Minced)

½ tbsp Ginger Paste

1 tbsp Olive Oil

¼ cup Soy Sauce (Reduced Sodium)

1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil

1 tsp Rice Vinegar

1 tsp Sirach Sauce (optional)

Salt and Pepper to Taste

How to make this 1 points Easy Crack Slaw:

Step 1. Add olive oil to a wok on the stovetop on medium heat.

Step 2. Stir in the chopped onions, saute for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3. Add minced garlic, ginger paste, stirring to cook. Stir in the ground chicken.

Step 4. Allow the mixture to continue to cook.

Step 5. With a wooden spoon, break up the ground chicken. Continue to cook until the ground chicken has browned.

Step 6. Transfer everything that is in the wok to a bowl. Set aside.

Step 7. Add the shredded cabbage to the wok, cooking until it is wilted and tender (or 4-5 minutes).

Step 8. Stir the ground chicken back into the wok.

Step 9. Whisk to combine soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and Sirach sauce. Stir to mix.

Step 10. Stir in a pinch of salt and pepper.
