Easy Crack Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast Ground
  • 2 cup Cabbage Shredded
  • 1 Purple Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Minced
  • ½ tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce Reduced Sodium
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sirach Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Add olive oil to a wok on the stovetop on medium heat.
  • Stir in the chopped onions, saute for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic, ginger paste, stirring to cook. Stir in the ground chicken.
  • Allow the mixture to continue to cook.
  • With a wooden spoon, break up the ground chicken. Continue to cook until the ground chicken has browned.
  • Transfer everything that is in the wok to a bowl. Set aside.
  • Add the shredded cabbage to the wok, cooking until it is wilted and tender (or 4-5 minutes).
  • Stir the ground chicken back into the wok.
  • Whisk to combine soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, and Sirach sauce. Stir to mix.
  • Stir in a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Enjoy!
