Ingredients:

6 ounces Boxed Stuffing Mix

½ cup Bummel and brown spread

4 Zucchini (Diced)

3 Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless, Cooked and Diced)

1 can Chicken Soup Cream

½ Yellow Onion (Diced)

½ cup Sour Cream

Directions:

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Step 2. In a large bowl, add the stuffing mix and melted butter, stir to combine.

Step 3. Scoop out ½ cup of stuffing mixture for topping, set to the side.

Step 4. Add zucchini, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, onion and sour cream to the stuffing in the large bowl. Toss to combine.

Step 5. Pour the zucchini mixture in a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.

Step 6. Sprinkle with the stuffing topping and bake, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes.
