WW friendly Chicken Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces Boxed Stuffing Mix
  • ½ cup Bummel and brown spread
  • 4 Zucchini Diced
  • 3 Chicken Breasts Boneless, Skinless, Cooked and Diced
  • 1 can Chicken Soup Cream
  • ½ Yellow Onion Diced
  • ½ cup Sour Cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • In a large bowl, add the stuffing mix and melted butter, stir to combine.
  • Scoop out ½ cup of stuffing mixture for topping, set to the side.
  • Add zucchini, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, onion and sour cream to the stuffing in the large bowl. Toss to combine.
  • Pour the zucchini mixture in a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish.
  • Sprinkle with the stuffing topping and bake, uncovered, for 40-50 minutes.
