Ingredients:

1 lb. Beef (Ground)

1 Package of Taco Seasoning

1 Bag frozen waffle style fries

2 cup Cheddar Jack Cheese (Shredded)

1 Onion (Chopped)

½ cup Green Onions (Chopped)

1 Tomato (Diced)

Instructions:

Step 1, Preheat the oven and bake the fries on a baking sheet according to the instructions on the package.

Step 2, Brown the meat and onion in a skillet over medium high heat. Cook until the meat is done and the onions are softened. Drain any excess fat.

Step 3, Stir in the taco seasoning and saute a few more minutes.

Step 4, Sprinkle the meat over the cooked waffle fries, and top with the cheese.

Step 5, Bake another 5-10 minutes. Remove, and top with the tomato and green onions before you serve.
