2 Tubes of Refrigerated Cinnamon Rolls (Cut into fourths)

½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

3 tbsp. Maple Syrup

3 Large Eggs

1 tsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Nutmeg

2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

¼ cup Pecans (Chopped)

Instructions:

Step 1. Cut the cinnamon roll dough into fourths and place into the bottom of the Crockpot.

Step 2. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy whipping cream, maple syrup, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla extract.

Step 3. Pour the mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and top with the pecans.

Step 4. Drizzle one of the icing packets over the mixture and cook on low for 3 hours.

Step 5. Drizzle the remaining icing packet over the casserole before serving.
