Crock pot Poor Man’s Stew- Ground Beef Stew made in the crock pot.

Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef browned and drained
1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, cut in half
2 cups baby carrots
1 onion diced
1 tbsp. Minced garlic
6 oz. can tomato paste
2 8oz cans fire-roasted tomatoes
2 cups water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. Smoked paprika
1 tsp. Chili powder
How to make Crock pot Poor Man stew:
Step 1. Cook the ground beef in a saute pan.
Step 2. In a slow cooker add the cooked ground beef, baby potatoes, carrots, onions, seasonings, and garlic.
Step 3. Stir to combine.
Step 4. In a small bowl add the tomato paste, fire-roasted tomatoes, and water.
Step 5. Stir to combine.
Step 6. Pour the tomato mixture on top of the meat mixture in the slow cooker.
Step 7. Stir to combine.
Step 8. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
Step 9. Stir to combine randomly.
