4 cup Broccoli Florets

4 tbsp Garlic (Minced)

3 ½ cup Chicken broth

1 cup heavy whipping cream

4 cup Flamin Jack 5 alarm cheese (Bought at sam’s club)

Directions:

Step 1. In a large pot over medium heat, saute the garlic for 1 – 2 minutes or until fragrant.

Step 2. Add in the chicken broth, heavy whipping cream, and the broccoli.

Step 3. Bring the heat up to medium to high heat and allow the soup to come to a boil.

Step 4. Once it starts to boil reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for an additional 10-20 minutes or until the broccoli is tender.

Step 5. Add in 3 C of the cheese and stir until melted. Once the cheese has melted, remove from heat.

Step 6. Serve with more cheese sprinkled on top. Enjoy!
