This is an easy recipe, the best part about this recipe is that it uses a 1 box of Funfetti cake mix, so no need to make it from scratch!
Skinny Tip: I prefer making these with low-fat yogurt many times and they’ve always come out delicious.
1 Weight Watchers Freestyle Smartpooints
Ingredients:
1 box Funfetti cake mix
1 C. Water
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 Small container light Vanilla Greek yogurt
How to make 1 point Funfetti Muffins:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners.
Step 3. Combine the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and blend on high until completely combined.

Step 4. Spoon the mixture into the sections of the mini muffin tin, filling the liners about ⅔ of the way full. Bake 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
