Servings: 10 | 7 Persnalpoints per serving
Ingredients:
1 lb. Beef (Ground)
½ tsp. Italian Seasoning
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
1 can Italian Style Tomatoes (Diced)
Salt And Pepper To Taste
1 can Refrigerated Pizza Dough
6 Oz. Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
Instructions:
Step 1. Heat the oven to 425 degrees.
Step 2. Place the ground beef into a skillet over medium heat and brown completely. Drain off the excess grease.
Step 3. Stir in the tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for several more minutes.
Step 4. Layer the pizza dough on the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Step 5. Pour the meat mixture into the pizza dough.
Step 6. Bake for 12 minutes. Remove the dish from the oven, sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 5 minutes longer.
