How to make Taco Salad:

Step 1. First, warm the nonstick frying pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef until no longer pink. 

Step 2. Stir in the onions and mix until combined and completely softened. It will take around 5 minutes. 

Step 3. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 3-4 minutes. 

Step 4. Add shredded lettuce to a serving bowl and top with cucumber and tomato slices. 

Step 5. On the side, top with the ground beef mixture, and sprinkle some cheese for flavor and presentation. 

This salad is perfect when you want to make individual servings for everyone. Make a large batch and serve it in front of your guests in small amounts so you can leave some space for the main meal too.

  • 1 Packet of taco seasoning
  • 1 C. Shredded gouda cheese
  • 1 Bag shredded lettuce
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • Salsa and Sour cream for garnish
