Ingredients:

4 Potatoes (Washed and dried)

¼ tsp. Paprika

¼ tsp. Garlic Powder

¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

¼ tsp. Onion Powder

3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions:

Step 1. Use a mandoline to slice the potatoes thinly.

Step 2. Heat the oven to 400 degrees and line one or two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Step 3. Combine the potato slices with the olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.

Step 4. Spread the slices out in a single layer on the baking sheets. Bake for 40 minutes.
