  • Onion chopped
  • Pasta sauce
  • Minced garlic
  • Chicken broth
  • Tomato paste
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sugar
  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Macaroni Soup:

Step 1. In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion, and sausage and brown for about 5 minutes. 

Step 2. Stir in the garlic and pasta sauce and mix until combined. 

Step 3. Add the diced tomato, tomato sauce, chicken broth, sugar, balsamic vinegar, basil, dried oregano, bay leaf, and salt and pepper to taste. 

Step 4. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil. 

Step 5. Stir in the pasta and cook for additional 5-7 minutes.

  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 24 oz. Jar of pasta sauce
  • 4 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 8 C. Chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 14 oz. Can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 2 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Basil
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large pot over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion and sausage and brown for about 5 minutes.
