A perfect combination of flavors incorporated into a perfect Mexican lasagna using traditional ingredients.

The recipe is similar to the original lasagna, and it incorporates ground beef cooked with taco seasoning for an authentic Mexican flavor. Then the diced tomatoes are stirred into the pan, forming a perfect sauce. A little salsa in the sauce will bring the flavors to another level.

The assemble is simple, instead of lasagna noodles, we are using tortillas in this recipe. A later tortilla, then sauce, and a little bit of cheese.

Make sure to finish with cheese for a nice melty finish.
