  • Egg Noodles cooked to your liking
  • Ground Italian sausage
  • Bell peppers chopped
  • Minced garlic
  • Italian seasoning
  • White cooking wine
  • Diced tomatoes not be drained
  • Dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley for garnish

How to make Italian Drunken Noodles:

Step 1. In a large skillet, cook the meat and peppers for 5-7 minutes. 

Step 2. Lower the heat to medium and stir in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Saute for 30 minutes. Stir in the white wine and cook until the liquid is reduced by half. 

Step 3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, dried basil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until combined. 

Step 4. Stir in the cooked noodles and continue to cook until everything is well combined. 

Step 5. Top with grated parmesan cheese and freshly chopped parsley for garnish.
