Ingredients:
1 Bag nacho cheese Doritos
3 C. Shredded chicken
1 Can Rotel
½ C. reduced-fat Sour cream
4 oz. Low fat cream cheese softened
2 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ C. Reduced fat cheddar cheese.
Freshly chopped parsley for garnish
How to make Chicken Dorito Casserole:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, rotel, cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning and cream of chicken soup. Stir to combine well.

Step 3. Layer a small amount of the chicken mixture in the bottom of a well-greased 9×9 baking dish.
Step 4. Place a layer of crumbled Doritos on top of the chicken mixture.
Step 5. Add another layer of the chicken filling.
Step 6. Place another layer of crushed Doritos on top.
Step 7. Add the remaining chicken mixture, and top with one more layer of crushed Doritos and the cheese.
Step 8. Bake for 20-25 minutes and top with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

I’m not sure how this is considered a WW friendly dinner. I entered everything individually and it was way higher than 7 points. I followed exactly the recipe. Maybe I’m missing something?
