Ingredients:

4 cup Zucchini (Shredded and drained)

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)

⅓ cup Parmesan (Grated)

1 Large egg

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Step 1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees, and line a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2. In a bowl, combine the zucchini, egg, ½ cup of the mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3. Press the mixture into the baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4. Remove the baking sheet, and top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.

Step 5. Bake for another 10 minutes. Slice into breadsticks before serving.
