¼ tsp. Paprika
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
¼ tsp. Cayenne Pepper
¼ tsp. Onion Powder
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Step 1. Use a mandoline to slice the potatoes thinly.
Step 2. Heat the oven to 400 degrees and line one or two baking sheets with parchment paper.
