2 Sticks of Unsalted Butter (Softened)

1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

6 cup Confectioners Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

4 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

Step 1. In a bowl, blend together the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 2. Mix in the confectioners sugar until completely combined.

Step 3. Form the batter into 30 plus evenly sized round ball shapes.

Step 4. Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, and melt at 30 second intervals until smooth.

Step 5. Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Step 6. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
