There are many brownie recipes you can make, but none are as delicious as the Best Ever Lazy Buckeye Brownies. You will love it and you will enjoy new and unique flavors.

Ingredients:
1 Box of Brownie Mix Prepared According to the Instructions
2 Sticks of Butter (Softened)
1 cup Peanut Butter
2 cup Powdered Sugar
6 oz. Chocolate Chips (Melted)
Instructions:
Step 1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie box.
Step 2. Prepare the brownie mix according to the instructions on the box.
Step 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a greased 9×13 dish, or until cooked through. Let cool.
Step 4. In a mixing bowl, blend the peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar until fluffy.
Step 5. Spread the mixture over the cooled brownies, and chill for 1 hour.
Step 6. Melt the chocolate, and pour it over the brownie mixture.
Step 7. Let the chocolate set and harden. Cut into squares and serve.

Excellent idea for a dessert. Need to add much more powdered sugar or the peanut butter layer is more of a mousse and never turns into a solid layer. I was going for a texture of a buckeye ball. I used 3.5 cups and it’s currently chilling as we speak.
