Ingredients:

15-20 fresh jalapeños

Filling:

6 oz Feta (Crumbled)

8 oz Cream Cheese

1.5 cups Parmesan (Grated)

3 Strips Bacon (Cooked and crumbled)

1 tsp Paprika (Grated)

1/2 tsp Cumin

1/2 tsp Salt

Directions:

Step 1. Cup the tops off the jalapeños -and save, then remove the seeds and membranes.

Step 2. In a medium bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until smooth.

Step 3. Using a piping bag, or sturdy plastic zippered bag with the corner cut out, pipe the filling mixture into the jalapeños.

Step 4. Once they are all filled, fix the tops back onto the peppers using a toothpick.

Step 5. Coat lightly in olive oil.

Step 6. Grill until the peppers are soft, and the cheese mixture is bubbly.
