Ingredients:
12 Large Eggs
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 lb Ground Breakfast Sausage
2 Packages of Sausage gravy mix
8 ct. Refrigerated Biscuits
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1. Heat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2. Mix together the eggs and 5 oz. of the evaporated milk plus salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Step 3. Pour the egg mixture into a skillet over medium heat and soft scramble the eggs.
Step 4. Saute the sausage until completely browned and discard any extra fat from the skillet.
Step 5. Stir in the gravy mix along with a cup of water and a cup of evaporated milk. Saute until the sauce thickens.
Step 6. Place a layer of gravy mix in the bottom of a greased 9×13 baking dish.
Step 7. Top with half of the eggs, more gravy, the other half of eggs and the remaining gravy on top.
Step 8. Layer the biscuits on the top of the casserole and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
