Skinny Chicken Broccoli Casserole

Here is a simple chicken broccoli casserole with cream cheese. No canned soup! I'll be this would be good in leftover form, too. Mmmm!

- 1 lb. Precooked grilled chicken strips or pieces
- 1 lb. Frozen broccoli florets cooked and drained
- ½ C. Evaporated milk
- 2 Cans cream of chicken soup
- Squeeze of lemon to taste
- ½ C. Seasoned bread crumbs
- ¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese fat free
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Toss the chicken and broccoli together in a large bowl.
Add the milk, soup, and lemon juice to a bowl, and whisk to combine.
Pour the soup mixture into the bowl with the chicken and broccoli, and mix to coat well.
Place the mixture in an even layer in a 9x13 baking dish, and top with the shredded cheddar cheese.
Combine the bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together, and sprinkle it over the top of the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned and bubbling.
