Skinny Bagel Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¼ C. All purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 C. Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Large egg
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning mix

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
  • Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl, and mix until just combined into a dough.
  • Flour a counter, and place the dough onto it. Coat the dough in flour just enough to make it still a bit sticky to the touch, but easy to handle.
  • Form four circles of dough.
  • Roll each circle of dough into a 5-6 inch long roll, and connect the ends together to form a bagel shape with a hole in the center. Pinch the ends together to make them stay.
  • Brush the top of the bagels with the large egg that has been beaten, and then sprinkle on the bagel seasoning.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
