- 1 ¼ C. All purpose flour
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 C. Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Large egg
- Everything but the bagel seasoning mix
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl, and mix until just combined into a dough.
Flour a counter, and place the dough onto it. Coat the dough in flour just enough to make it still a bit sticky to the touch, but easy to handle.
Form four circles of dough.
Roll each circle of dough into a 5-6 inch long roll, and connect the ends together to form a bagel shape with a hole in the center. Pinch the ends together to make them stay.
Brush the top of the bagels with the large egg that has been beaten, and then sprinkle on the bagel seasoning.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
