Philly Cheesesteak Sloppy Joes

- 3 lb 80/20 ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion diced 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 ⁄4 C Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 1 ⁄2 C beef broth
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup grated gouda cheese
- 6-8 burger buns
In a nonstick frying pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef and stir in the peppers, onion and garlic.
Cook for about 5 minutes until the veggies are softened.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, beef broth, salt and pepper to taste and bring everything to a boil. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Spoon the mixture to the bottom of a bun, top with cheese and the top bun on top.
