Prep a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick baking spray.
Cook pasta following the directions on the back of the package. Drain the pasta after it has cooked.
Add ground beef and cajun seasoning to a large skillet. Brown the beef and use a fork to chop it into pieces.
Add the cooked pasta, both cans of tomato soup, one-half of both shredded cheeses, and the water to the brown ground beef. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
