- 1 Bag frozen tater tots
- 1 Can Green beans with the drained liquid reserved
- 1 Can Cream of Onion soup
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese cut into 12 pieces
- 1 lb. Beef Ground
- 1 Onion Chopped
- ¾ cup Sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Saute the ground beef and onion until cooked completely. Drain any excess grease.
Stir the green beans into the ground beef mixture, but reserve the liquid from the can for later.
Mix together the soup, sour cream and liquid from the green beans.
Spread the ground beef mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Top the meat with the slices of velveeta cheese.
Spread a single layer of tater tots on top of the casserole.
Spread the sauce mixture over the casserole. Bake for 1 hour.
