- 1 lb. Breakfast Sausage Ground
- 1 cup Bacon Pieces
- 1 Bag Frozen Cubed Hash Browns with Onions and Peppers
- 12 Large Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 cup Cheese Shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Add the ground sausage to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until completely browned and drain any excess grease.
Mix together the hash browns, cheese, sausage and bacon. Layer in a 9x13 greased baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the egg mixture over the casserole and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked through.
