- 1 can Corn 15.25 oz can, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn 14.75 oz can
- 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix 8 oz package
- 1 cup Sour cream can use light
- 6 tablespoons Salted butter melted
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups Shredded gouda cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
In a large bowl, stir together corn, cream-style corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir in grated gouda cheese. Pour into a casserole dish.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until set in the middle and the toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
