Instructions
Place the olive oil, butter, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Saute for 1 minute.
Layer the brussels sprouts cut side down into the skillet.
Cover and cook untouched for 10-15 minutes until tender.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste as well as Parmesan cheese.
