Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp. Olive oil 8pts
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter 10pts
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts cut in half 0pts
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic 0pts
  • Salt and pepper to taste 0pts
  • Grated parmesan cheese for garnish 3pts

Instructions
 

  • Place the olive oil, butter, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Saute for 1 minute.
  • Layer the brussels sprouts cut side down into the skillet.
  • Cover and cook untouched for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste as well as Parmesan cheese.
  • Enjoy!
