- 1 lb Pork Sausage
- 1 package Pork Gravy Mix
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 6 large Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1 can Grands Biscuits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prep a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
Cut the biscuits into 1 inch pieces.
Line the bottom of the baking dish with the 1 inch pieces.
Add the pork sausage in a skillet, cooking it until it has browned.
Scatter the cooked sausage over the biscuits.
Toss the shredded cheese over the sausage. Add milk, eggs, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
Pour this over the biscuits, sausage, and cheese.
Following the directions on the back of the gravy package, mix the gravy together.
Pour the mixed gravy over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
Set aside to cool slightly before serving.
