- 1 lb Pork Sausage
- 1 package Pork Gravy Mix
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 6 large Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Black Pepper
- 1 can Grands Biscuits
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
- Prep a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray. 
- Cut the biscuits into 1 inch pieces. 
- Line the bottom of the baking dish with the 1 inch pieces. 
- Add the pork sausage in a skillet, cooking it until it has browned. 
- Scatter the cooked sausage over the biscuits. 
- Toss the shredded cheese over the sausage.  Add milk, eggs, salt and pepper in a small bowl.  Whisk to combine. 
- Pour this over the biscuits, sausage, and cheese. 
- Following the directions on the back of the gravy package, mix the gravy together. 
- Pour the mixed gravy over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. 
- Set aside to cool slightly before serving.
