Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Pork Sausage
  • 1 package Pork Gravy Mix
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 6 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 can Grands Biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prep a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
  • Cut the biscuits into 1 inch pieces.
  • Line the bottom of the baking dish with the 1 inch pieces.
  • Add the pork sausage in a skillet, cooking it until it has browned.
  • Scatter the cooked sausage over the biscuits.
  • Toss the shredded cheese over the sausage. Add milk, eggs, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Pour this over the biscuits, sausage, and cheese.
  • Following the directions on the back of the gravy package, mix the gravy together.
  • Pour the mixed gravy over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
  • Set aside to cool slightly before serving.
