- 3 Ripe bananas Mashed
- 2 cup Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Large eggs
- ½ cup Butter Melted
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients except the bananas and blend until combined.
Add the bananas to the mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
Pour the batter into a well greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Let cool before slicing.
