- 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 can Kidney Beans Rinsed And Drained
- 1 can Black Beans Rinsed And Drained
- 1 can Corn Drained
- 1 can Rotel Undrained
- 2 tsp. Garlic Minced
- 2 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
- 1 packet Of Taco Seasoning
Layer the chicken in the bottom of the Crockpot.
Add in the remaining ingredients, and stir to combine.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove the chicken and shred it well.
Return the chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine before serving.
