Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 can Kidney Beans Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 can Black Beans Rinsed And Drained
  • 1 can Corn Drained
  • 1 can Rotel Undrained
  • 2 tsp. Garlic Minced
  • 2 cup Fat Free Chicken Broth
  • 1 packet Of Taco Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Layer the chicken in the bottom of the Crockpot.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients, and stir to combine.
  • Cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Remove the chicken and shred it well.
  • Return the chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine before serving.
  • Enjoy!
