Whiskey Pineapple Chicken
Whoever knew chicken breasts could have this much flavor? Chicken is a very neutral ingredient, which means it suits all manner of recipes including cheesy, plain, spicy, sweet, and pretty much any other style you can think of.
- 4 chicken breasts
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- ¾ cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup bourbon
Whisk the BBQ sauce, garlic, pineapple juice, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper with the bourbon.
Put the chicken in a Ziploc bag and pour in the pineapple juice mixture.
Squeeze out any excess air.
Marinate the chicken overnight in the fridge.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill for 12 minutes or until cooked through, brushing over more BBQ sauce before serving if liked.
