A quick, healthy and filling Zero points Weight Watchers dinner recipe. SO GOOD! Make in the pressure cooker, Instant Pot, or crockpot!

- 2 pds 99% fat free ground chicken
- 2 cans of Kidney beans drained 15 oz
- 2 cans diced fire roasted tomatoes 14.5oz
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 jalapenos diced seeds removed
- 11/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 ½ tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
Using a large pan , add the ground chicken cook on medium.
Break the chicken apart into crumbles.
Add all ingredients into the crock pot.
Stir to combine the ingredients.
Place the lid on the crock pot, set it to high.
Cook for 3-4 hours.
