Step 1. In a skillet over medium high heat, brown the sausage, and cook the onions until softened. Step 2. Stir in the garlic and Italian seasoning. Saute for 1 minute. Step 3. Mix in the crushed tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Step 4. Add in the chicken broth and lasagna noodles. Step 5. Cover and bring to a low boil until the noodles are softened and cooked completely. Step 6. Mix in the cheese until melted. Step 7. Add parsley for garnish before serving.
