Weight Watcher’s Egg Roll in a Bowl
This Weight Watcher’s Egg Roll in a Bowl recipe will give you everything you need in one plate.
- 1 lb. 98% Fat-Free Uncooked Ground Chicken Breast
- 3 tbsp. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 ½ tsp. Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp. Ginger Paste
- 1 bag Coleslaw Mix
- ½ cup Carrots Shredded
- ¼ cup Green Onions Chopped
Step 1. Place the ground chicken into a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until browned completely.
Step 2. Stir in the soy sauce, ginger paste and sesame oil, while lowering the heat to medium.
Step 4. Mix in the carrots and coleslaw mix. Cook covered until the vegetables have softened.
Step 5. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
