Ingredients
  

  • 1 Bag shredded lettuce
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Packet taco seasoning I used Reduced sodium taco seasoning, 3points
  • 1 Cucumber chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 C.. Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream or salsa for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove. Cook until the ground beef is browned completely and the onions have softened.
  • Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in the taco seasoning and saute for a few more minutes. Allow the meat mixture to cool a bit.
  • Place some shredded lettuce in serving bowls.
  • Top with some of the meat mixture, chopped tomatoes, and cucumbers.
  • Add shredded cheese and salsa or sour cream for garnish.
  • Enjoy!
