4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
1 cup cornstarch
2 large eggs
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup ketchup
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. sea salt
First, preheat your oven to 325 F or 160 C degrees and line a 13x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with cornstarch.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and warm the olive oil in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the chicken pieces until crispy and golden brown.
Transfer them to the baking tray lined with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix the soya sauce, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, garlic powder, and sea salt in a bowl.
Pour the liquid over the chicken and bake for about 40 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
