Seafood salad

This is a perfect tuna salad for the hot summer days. You can serve this as a whole dinner a double the dose, depending on the number of servings you like.

Ingredients
  

  • 2-4 oz tuna in cans drained or crab Meat
  • ½ cup Light Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Celery Minced
  • 1 can 2.25 oz Sliced Black Olives
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Dill
  • ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • First, in a large mixing bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, black olives, paprika powder, dill, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix until everything is combined, and store in the fridge until ready to use. Make sure it’s at least 1 hour.
  • This tuna salad is a great option if you want to make something quick and delicious to bring to work. It’s so quick that it prepares in just 5 minutes.
