Seafood salad
This is a perfect tuna salad for the hot summer days. You can serve this as a whole dinner a double the dose, depending on the number of servings you like.
- 2-4 oz tuna in cans drained or crab Meat
- ½ cup Light Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Celery Minced
- 1 can 2.25 oz Sliced Black Olives
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Dill
- ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
- ¼ tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
First, in a large mixing bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, celery, black olives, paprika powder, dill, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix until everything is combined, and store in the fridge until ready to use. Make sure it’s at least 1 hour.
This tuna salad is a great option if you want to make something quick and delicious to bring to work. It’s so quick that it prepares in just 5 minutes.
